It gets more humorous by the day. DMX has always been a troubled individual and has been in and out of secure facilities since a juvenile… but I think it’s fair to say he’s been at the rock bottom for some time now, and its only getting worse for him. Has he really fallen this far from “Get At Me Dog”? Anyhow, they really gave him a weak sentence of 90 days, and I guess DMX wanted to spend more time with his fellow inmates. Rapper DMX is serving time in the valley and we’re now learning that he may spend a lot more time behind bars! DMX, also known as Earl Simmons, may be charged with felony aggravated assault. He’s serving a 90 day sentence for several charges and was placed in lock down earlier this month. FOX 10 has learned that while in lock down, Simmons apparently assaulted a Sheriff’s detention officer. If convicted of these new charges, his probation could be revoked and he could be sentenced to 8 years in prison.
