With Gotta Believe It, Saigon delivers another hip hop song with a message. I can’t say I’m a fan of Just Blaze’s T-Painish hook, but Saigon kills it lyrically. Too bad its probably gonna go over the heads of 90% of listeners. LOL Smiley Face.
