Jay-Z – D.O.A. (Death of Autotune) Video

Jay-Z continues to showcase his business savvy. First D.O.A. (Death of Autotune) launched just few days before Summer Jam, creating a huge stir among the hip hop community. Then word came out that he was shooting a video for D.O.A. (Death of Autotune), and anticipation started brewing. The trailer showed up, and low and behold, it was announced that D.O.A. (Death of Autotune) would debut immediately after the BET awards. Yes, Jay-Z has the power to use a major event to showcase his music. Here is the video. Its cool for what it is, but I don’t know, I don’t believe the hype.

No I.D. speaks on D.O.A. No, not Death of Autotune by Jay-Z, but rather D.O.A. aka the death of albums. He speaks on producer-artist collaborations and what he feels has been the destruction of music in general. It’s a quick watch, but a good one. Spotted at nahright. Press play.

Jaz-O Responds to Jay-Z’s lyrics on “I Do It For Hip Hop”

If you are hip hop, then you know what this beef is about… though a lot of idiots like to yap their mouth and ride with Mr. Popularity. Shout outs to Jaz-O. He’s back in the studio puttin’ in work with a project slated to drop in early 2009, and if you aren’t familiar with his discography and production credits, do your homework.
