Styles P chops it up with Queens-HipHop.com for an interview and DJ Nice’s Birthday Bash. Styles P reveals that he’d like to work with Nas. He also talks about Run DMC’s influence and their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, whether he prefers mixtapes or albums, and how producers can get him and other D-Block members production. Lastly, he speaks on the success of The Last Kiss from Jadakiss, what projects D-Block has coming up in the future, his thought on hip hop blogs, and the prospect of a Styles P and 50 Cent collaboration.

D-Block – Get That Paper Video Shoot

Power Played DVD takes you behind the scenes with a trailer of sorts for the D-Block Get That Paper video shoot. A lotta solid cameos/drops in this clip, including Sheek Louch, Styles P, Jim Jones, Kid Capri, Bully, Pete Rock and Jadakiss.

The trailer didn’t really show much of the video outside the Jadakiss car scene, but they defintely put the entire video production nicely. Pete Rock also dropped some info… its good to see the Chocolate Boy Wonder, Soul Brother #1 still gettin’ love in the industry, as he’s without a doubt a legend and one of the best hip hop producers to do it.

The new D-Block album, No Security, drops June 2nd. Look out for the Get That Paper video coming real soon. And of course, the new Jadakiss album, The Last Kiss, is in stores now. Support good hip hop music.

Camp Lo and Styles P – On Smash Behind The Scenes

Camp Lo takes you behind the scenes for their upcoming music video for On Smash which feelings Styles P. This should be one of the better hip hop videos for 2009. It’s good to see Camp Lo coming back with some heat. A lotta these young cats that are new to rap music need to recognize now that Camp Lo is still very relevant and are still making that good ish. Oh, and Luchini is a timeless hip hop classic. Stone and Rob.. coming March 24!
