Termanology and DJ Premier Perform Watch How It Go Down in Spain

Termanology and DJ Premier rocked the stage in Spain on July 4. This video clip shows the hip hop phenom with legendary producer/dj DJ Premier performing Watch How It Go Down, which is, without a doubt, my favorite track ever from Termanology. Is anyone doubting the international appeal of Termanology? I didn’t think so.

Termanology Presents ST.V European Tour Footage Episode One

Termanology and ST.V take you through the highlights of his Politics As Usual European Tour that took place in March of 2009. The tour featured performances in Switzerland, Slovenia, Germany, Spain, Norway, The Netherlands, Austria and Denmark. Termanology is scheduled to hit up Europe again this summer. This footage is pretty sick and features performances of How We Rock among other tracks. Termanology got shown a lot of love in Europe, and the tour was pretty successful… hence the second tour in Europe this summer. It’s good to see underground hip hop… scratch that… good hip hop music in general getting shown love across seas.

It continues to be a big year for Termanology. Look out for much more to come from the Lawtown representative, including more video footage (I’m guessing from the title of Episode 1) from Termanology.

Bun B Backstage at Method Man Redman and Termanology Show

Bun B is one of those dudes that represents the hip hop culture and that true hip hop music real heavy. I don’t care what coast you’re on.. You still gotta respect Bun B for who he is. Check him wylin’ out backstage at the Method Man, Redman, and Termanology show in this video clip.

Termanology and Ed Rock (Ea$y Money) Interview

Ea$y Money & Termanology Interview S.T.R.E.E.T STDASQUAD from Sev One on Vimeo.

Termanology and Ed Rock aka Ea$y Money sit down for an interview as they prepare the S.T.R.E.E.T. album before Ed Rock gets locked up for 18 months. Termanology and Ea$y Money discuss the meaning of S.T.R.E.E.T. and ST. Da Squad, both in the past and current state. Termanology speaks on Ea$y Money’s ability to write songs at an incredibly rapid rate, and the motive behind the S.T.R.E.E.T. album. Ea$y Money’s first single off the S.T.R.E.E.T. album is Wait For Me, produced by Lee Bannon. Catch a clip of the single at the end of the interview.

Its too bad to see Ea$y Money get locked up for some time. From the various times I’ve met and spoke with him, he’s a humble dude who is incredibly talented on the mic. Wait For Me has that sound, and worst case scenario, the underground hip hop fans in Mass will definitely be anticipating this album. I have a feeling it will spread far beyond just Massachusetts though.

Termanology and Statik Selektah Interview with iHipHop.com

iHiphop.com presents to you and hip hop video interview with Termanology and Statik Selektah to talk hip hop music before they left for their respective tours in Europe. Statik Selektah discusses what its like to be overseas and the reactions from international hip hop fans. They both give some information on the 1982 album that is coming out this year. Termanology likens him and Statik to Gangstarr. Statik also promises TWENTY, yes TWENTY hip hop albums coming this year with all big name artists. That would be a serious feat and I look forward to it. Some names mentioned include Talib Kweli, Saigon, Souls of Mischief, and Styles P.

The hip hop duo go on to compare hennessey with Brugal, and Statik Selektah claims that as soon as he stepped off at the airport in the Dominican Republic, they were force-feeding him Brugal. You’re my homey Statik but you’re full of ish on that one LOL.

Anyhow, Termanology clearly is enjoying the Brugal throughout the interview. The Law-town hip hop artist speaks on his track, Tight Pants Are For Girls, and calls out these so called hip hop thugs wearing spandex-like jeans. He explains that his song isn’t about those that have stayed wearing tight jeans like they were ever in style, but rather those wearing Karl Kani jeans yesterday and today are rocking their sister’s pants.

They finish the interview with Statik Selektah saying he’s done with hip hop mixtapes and is sticking with albums this year. Termanology promises three albums in 2009, and Lil Fame makes an appearance to let you know that he’s dope and M.O.P. is in the studio working on their next hip hop classic!

Skyzoo x Termanology Remember Biggie

Termanology and Skyzoo both speak on the late Notorious B.I.G. in these videos. Glad to see them reaching out to the next generation of true hip hop artists as we come closer to March 9. You can say that Biggie has inspired every artist in some shape or form.
